Colortone is the leader of in-stock same-day-ship tie-dye apparel. We pride ourselves on having the highest quality and the brightest colors in the industry.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, Paypal.
Shipment
All orders are shipped by UPS ground unless requested otherwise. Larger orders of 1000+ pieces can be shipped via truck line per your request.
Minimums
No minimums.
Returns and Exchanges
- We will not accept returns on decorated goods. Inspection of your order is your responsibility.
- We will not accept returns on closeout items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- It is your responsibility to inspect your order and make sure it is correct.
- All returns, exchanges or discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
- If you ship to a third party it is your responsibility to have them inspect the order.
- Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise.
- If we have to exchange or replace merchandise, we will ship the exchanged merchandise by UPS GROUND ONLY. It is your responsibility to order with ample time to make exchanges If you need express shipping for an exchange of an order, you will be responsible for the difference in freight costs.
